We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the full-cycle recruitment of all management positions.
Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, evaluating resumes, planning interview and selection procedures whilst managing the hiring paperwork.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine qualification criteria for each position
Be the main point of contact and develop influential relationships with candidates
Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
Provide interview & assessment feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Interview candidates during various hiring stages
You have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner.
Proven work experience as a recruiter
Fluency in English (C1 or above)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Eligible for IEFP Internship (level 6)
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
College degree in HR Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant field
Fluency in Portuguese and other major European languages
Good knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation
Experience in a customer service role
